Tunnels Labour Timekeeper

Job Introduction

Reporting to the Tunnels Labour Manager managing the time and attendance of all the Labour workforce.

Role Responsibility

  • Control and manage the recruitment and allocation of Labour resources across multiple sites through the worksite system.
  • Ensure hours worked are collected and adequately cost coded, and the relevant Labour agency and commercial teams are informed.  Be the first point of call for pay queries.
  • Collate and track all holiday requests from direct employees and supply chain.
  • Assist the Labour Manager and Commercial teams with applications and cost of Labour.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience of similar projects, with similar duties.
  • Good excel skills.
  • Self-disciplined and self-motivated
  • Work to strict weekly deadlines
  • IT literate
  • Must be able to work using their own initiative and able to work in a team.
  • Good communication skills
