MEP Asset Information Coordinator
Job Introduction
This role is responsible for providing continuous support to the Asset Coordination Lead for developing and delivering complete and comprehensive processes and products for the project Asset Data Information Model (AIM) per the HS2 project standards and requirements, ensuring that this is achieved via proper information exchange among the Supply Chain members and the Contractor, for all Skanska/Costain/STRABAG (SCS) JV Work Packages.

Role Responsibility
- Support the Asset Information Lead and BIM Manager in managing and assuring the Asset Information Model, with a focus on MEP-related assets.
- Use Navisworks to analyze and visualize MEP and building services data, both graphically and non-graphically.
- Process and validate MEP asset data submissions from the SCS JV Supply Chain.
- Assure and report on asset data quality and compliance against the Employer Information Requirements, HS2 AIMS, and the SCS JV BEP.
- Assist with management of the Enable My Team (EMT) platform and HS2 AIMS system, focusing on structured MEP data inputs and outputs.
- Review and update asset information requirements documentation relevant to mechanical and electrical systems.
- Reconcile and assure Non-Graphical Information within the SCS SQL Azure environment.
- Collaborate with the As-Built BIM Manager, As-Built Technicians, and MEP design and delivery teams to ensure accurate AIMS implementation and asset registration.
- Engage directly with the HS2 Asset team and supply chain to monitor and drive MEP asset compliance.
- Liaise with other project teams to ensure MEP data and documentation are complete, structured, and compliant.
- Support the BIM Manager in maintaining the BEP and Contractor Information Requirements, specifically for MEP work packages.
- Understand and help implement environmental and sustainability requirements related to MEP asset delivery.
The Ideal Candidate
- Good understanding of MEP systems, primarily: HVAC, Water Distribution, LV Power, Lighting and Controls, Fire (Protection, Suppression, Alarm)
- Previous experience as an Asset Information Coordinator or a similar Information Coordinator role, working across all stages of a MEP, Architectural, Civil Engineering project lifecycle.
- Proficient use of Navisworks: Navigation, Sets, Searches, Data Links, Exports
- Solid understanding of the BIM Development and Implementation in conjunction to the Engineering Design, Construction, Operation and Maintenance phases.
- Experience in collaborating and coordinating with multiple teams and/or people with the aim of delivering comprehensive AIM or other products as per the Employer requirements within a project environment.
- Experience in working within and assisting in the management of Asset Data Management Environments and Systems.
- Team player: willing to work outside their specified scope of work should the need arise to cover and help team members and ensure timeframes are met
- Knowledge of SQL Language coding and SQL Database management.
- A highly ambitious individual with a drive to succeed.

- Understanding of PAS 1192:2 / PAS 1192:3 / ISO 19650.
- Familiarity with Architectural and Civils Systems
- Familiarity with other building system types: CMS, BMS, Drainage, etc
- Use of Revit

The Skanska | Costain | STRABAG (SCS JV) is delivering the HS2 London Tunnels Contract. Scope of works includes twin-bored tunnels (TBM), SCL tunnels, shaft sinking, bridge demolition and reconstruction, services diversions, earthworks and the construction of site compounds.
