Job Introduction
Our Skanska Costain STRABAG joint venture team is working in partnership with HS2 to deliver the new London tunnels from Euston to West Ruislip. Our joint venture team is working on sites at Euston, Old Oak Common and West Ruislip, building tunnels 13 miles long and up to 50m deep, supporting delivery of HS2 phase one.
We are looking for a Administrator to join our HS2 team onsite in London. You will be responsible for work closely together with the Office Manager and support the administrative tasks of the Area Central compounds/sites.

Role Responsibility
Responsibilities:
- Creating internal Area Central ‘Good to know’ guide (contacts, document libraries, etc.)
- Assisting staff with timesheet support and updating the staff tracker
- Consulting with employers/managers to identify the needs for the company, such as staff movements and department staffing requirements.
- Liaising with Hiring Managers to confirm interview appointments and assist with staff onboarding and new employee orientation.
The Ideal Candidate
Skills and Qualifications:
- Competent in IT skills - Experience of Microsoft Office
- HR experience is highly desirable
- Training will be given on bespoke software applications

The Skanska | Costain | STRABAG (SCS JV) is delivering the HS2 Main Civils Contracts which include both Lots S1 (Euston Tunnels & Approaches) and S2 (Northolt Tunnels). The combined value of the contracts is around £1.8billion with the works due for completion in 2025. Scope of works includes twin-bored tunnels (TBM), SCL tunnels, shaft sinking, bridge demolition and reconstruction, services diversions, earthworks and the construction of site compounds.
